I first posted some pics of my dogs in the topic on 6th jan 2007.

I posted a pic of my lab George who was 1 at the time and has been by my side up until I lost him at the age of 15 on dec 30th 2020. George had a fab life and I couldn't of asked for a better dog. he never put a foot wrong. and was so loving it was unreal. so here's his first and last pics. (pic with horse he was 1)

now i also posted a picture of my jr bailey who was 8 weeks at the time. I still have bailey (now 14) again a well behaved, loving dog.

ill post his latest picture too.

A few photos of my Pal Stourboy`s dog Decker who very sadly had come to the end of his retrieving days a couple of weeks ago.

He certainly added many to the bag that would otherwise have been lost.

The last photo shows the anticipation of the dog as I rise to take the shot. I`m sure he spotted the pigeon before I did.

RIP Decker.

Memories are always there to help make you smile through the sad times.

The last one reminds me of my 1st roost shoot with Buster our Lab. I missed an incoming and the look on his face was hilarious, looked at me, then towards the pigeon flying away beyond, then back at me.

If only they could talk lol.

But they sure do listen to every word you say. 😥

That happened many times with Decker. However, it didn`t seem to dampen his enthusiasm and he was always on the look out for the next pigeon coming in.
