Not yet but i have 6 pigeon breasts in the freezer from last week and am out again this saturday roost shooting so should have some more then. I bought a manual £20 plastic mincer and stuffer at WMGF in september and have found a butcher who will get me hog castings at a weeks notice so as of saturday i should be ready and set to make some pigeon sausages and burgers, although i would like to get some bunny to add to it and I will have to get some fatty belly pork to mix it with so they cook okay ! :good:

 

Burgers being the easyer option if i make a mess of the bangers. :yes:
