the lion clip is pathetic. Sickening.

Apart from the appaling way in which the handled themselves, and the hideously dangerous way they were firing- why would you want to shoot a lion?!

In the wild, to control population numbers, and to manage the prides. As well as to eliminate stock and people predators.

I honestly didn't realise that lions needed to be controlled. If thats the case, then obviously I have no problem with it. The idea of transporting an animal somewhere to guarantee 'sport' for a someone that's paid for it really sickens me.

I don't like the idea of 'big game' hunting. I enjoy shooting, but not to the extent that I want to shoot everything.

Some really good vids there, turkey hunting and some of the deer hunting (if a little disgraceful at times) was good too although I'd advise that bloke that misses 3 times to never pick up a gun again. BUT the lion hunt was not so good, typical yank just wanting to be well, a yank... I was roting for the Lion too

I hope you enjoy these clips as much as the Fox Shooting clips. The Lion Hunter is just a bit too close for me!!

By the way, I am still looking for some land to shoot Fox and Rabbits on with my .223 and .22R/F in the S.Yorks/Lincs area if anyone can help.

Thanks,

Hamish

on the lion hunt, after about 1 minuet 12 secs when the lion jumps on the man, the lion turns and runs away again, but look carefully, as the lion turns for the second time to run away and about 4 shots are fired from point blank range, in the background a person drops to the floor!! is he shot aswel???
