That's great!! Can someone answer this, are those snorkels for exhaust or air intake? Used to think they were exhaust, then a while ago thought it was air intake. Is it possible to have both fitted in that snorkel style? Surely for that car to keep going the exhaust wasn't in the standard location? I can't believe the amount of gas pumped out can stand against that amount of water?

Snorkels at the front are generally air intake ones. A lot of serious offroaders reroute their exhausts up the back or through the back of the motor and out the roof at some point.

 

That little Sj is pretty impressive in water that deep. B) Amazed it didn't cut out. Can't say I would want to drive into that murky brown water that deep. :angry::D
