questions regarding fabarms lion h38 semi.

6 months ago my shooting bud bought a brand new fab lion. from humberside shooting ground.

a nice handling gun.

from day 1 the gun has had problems recycling.

he has only put about 300 carts through it reverting back to his old lanber.

I have tried this gun using a varety of cart's

it keeps failing to eject the first cart.

today we took it back to humberside sg to say he was not satisfied with the guns performance.

and requested a refund.

he turned us down flat saying the warrantee did not cover malfunctions.

not good news.

the gunsmith cleaned the gun, (it was already clean) and put 15 blue diamonds through it without fault.(plaswads)

I said I dont believe you have just done that not one failure.

the gunsmith replied do you use fibre wads.

to which we replied yes thats all we can use on our local grounds and land.

the gunsmith said well thats your problem not the fault of the gun.

gas operated guns dont like fibre wads.

bit strange I was using a semi remmie before plaswads where invented.

what a load of tripe. (I put 14,000 carts through my urika lat year with only half a dozen failures.)

the shop owner rang viking arms to tell them my mate was somewhat upset about this matter

they said they have had no problems at all with this model gun.

so do you own one.

if so do you oil it well after cleaning.

or like my beretta clean it oil it and wipe the oil off.

have you had problems recycling any advice wil be appreciated.
