blaserman
was it hard to get?
Vince Green
Whats? PSG? Target shotgun is a mainstream part of gallery rifle now so as long as you are a member of a club that does gallery rifle you should be OK but the police will put a rstriction on your licence. Tiff-TRG
As above, for target shotgun it couldn't be easier - no need to do practical shotgun. Target shotgun is shot at Bisley and other approved ranges. Humane dispatch again easy enough - working on a farm helps Deer and boar is harder, but in certain areas its often the best way to deal with them. As long as you can show good reason it shouldn't be a problem.
Vince Green
I'm with Tiff about the good reason. A friend of mine had a .270 rifle because he went to France to hunt once a year. The police really didn't like this as a reason for owning the rifle but although they tried to block him they ultimately had to give in. Provided you have a good reason they cannot stop you but you do have to show a reason.
blaserman
i have no intrest in shooting targets so i could not have them for that, (as i would not join a club) but what i was thinking was for overseas use and practice on a range over hear thanks for all your help guys
J@mes
i guess with overseas use you are going to have to prove that you are going to be going overseas to use them, like the lad who wants the boar rifle on here. practise on a range? surely the best way for that is to join a club?
