vole Posted March 20, 2009 Report Share Posted March 20, 2009 (edited) I have the whole Sky package. TV ,telephone and Broadband.It saves me about £30 a month from having it from seperate providors. The broadband is fine and very rarely does the connection fail.There were interruptions when Sky were just setting it up.The technical help at first was really good.There was a Scottish lass to talk me through various problems. After the honeymoon period was over,the tech help got farmed out to India and frankly the call was a waste of time. Apart from this it has been a good service and the Netgear router seems good.It was easy to set up.This is my 2nd ISP as I did have Tesco.This is a better service in comparison,apart from the help line of course. ps I think I got the 4mb connection and the speed test is favourable.
