Hun

I think the lot on here will understand were you are coming from.

And if you are having the **** time then i really feel for you.

I also know what you are going though.

What your just said was me god knows how many years ago.

At 13 i was going though a rough time at home and school. And for so long i put up with it .

I did on many times try to tell people who were around me .But i ended up with them useing it against me (long story which i will not go into)

My family had their own problems. And i really did feel that they had enough on their plates without worrying about me.

So i bottle it up .

All i did for the next few years was cry and act tough. So i got into trouble.

That was when the **** really started to hit the fan.

I ended up running away from home three times as i felt unloved and i also got it into my head that if i disapeared no one would notice (i felt that bad)

So at 14 i got my first socal worker.Who put the problem down to the bad home (this was so untrue)

At 15 i was out of control my poor parents just couldnt cope with me anymore . So they pleaded for help.

That help arrived in the form of two socal workers arriving on are door with a sign bit of paper saying that i was to be taking into care.

I wont bore you with the detail of my time in care as it is not the time that i am particulary proud of . And those demons are best left buried.

But if i can offer you any help them it would be go see the counseller tell them everything that you are feeling inside (just talking about it do help).

Dont use your fist to prove the point hun.Use your brain and walk away .Looking back now i wish i had.

But then i thought i was on my own .And i felt like i was too.

But looking back now . I can see i was not . Their are people out there to help you .just dont be afraid to ask for it .

And if you cant talk to them am only a pm away

Take care

xxxSuzy

It takes strength to admit you are having a bad time. On the plus side you can talk about it.Also you have caring parent. It is also good you are not developing a victim mentality as you are angry still. See what the counsellor has to say, even if only to make it look like you are trying. Martial arts a brilliant idea.Especally MMA.

If the **** holes want to carry on the school yard stuff then let them.Just do not involve yourself.A conviction or even a caution will affect all aspects of your life from jobs to travelling abroad. In a few years you can laugh at the ****heads when they have nothing and you have a good career .

was bullied myself for a good few years, I'm a bottler, never told nobody about it, not even my friends. I have an extremely short temper, I mean, someimetimes something as simple as stubbing a toe can have me cursing and throughing punches at concrete walls! I managed to keep all the school stuff brimming on the surface, and then would beat the **** out of something at home (try chopping logs). The guys that bullied me were the sort that did it cause they thought they were the ******* bees knee's. I tried to ingore them, but in the real world, it doen't work, just remember to try and keep as calm as possible.

O, and as mungler said, get yourself a small mountain of porn to get your mind off things

p.s. if you're going to punch anything, make sure it's a nice flat wall, not the corner of a bath, or broken knuckles will ensue!

perhaps you need to channel some of that anger through some contact sport other than rugby..like boxing or some form of self defence..once you become confident and can control your anger then the bullys are no longer a problem..plus it gives you something to focus on rather than dwell on...worked for me :yes:

Just don't let it get to you mate  and if someone hits you, give em one back  Absolutely nothing wrong with defending yourself and I was told that by a senior Police Man!

Somebody punched me in the ear tonight in rugby (Its still bloody ringing) so I give him one back, me bad ear - hi broken nose  You can't just stand back whilst someone lays into you, if someone is just calling you names just laugh at them. How stupid are they :hmm:

Hope you feel better mate! Keep your chin up son  I really hate bullies and people who try n intimidate people and make them feel small

good luck mate, sorry im a **** councilor, i look back at school and regret caring so much about the essays and stuff, they are important but having a life should come first. Also the teachers are pathetic when you look back at them and think about the sort of things they said/did! detention and lines trust me mate it feels like it goes real slow at the time but once it finishes college wizzes by.
