Shotgun Slings

Has any one got any ideas for shotgun slings apart from drilling both ends?

I dont know how well it works but it looked ok from my point of veiw ,one of the guys has a semi with a small steel plate formed/shapped to the back end of the stock ,the pad was removed and the plate was placed inbetween the pad and stock ,there is a lug protruding below the pad with an eyelet ,the sling was then clipped to the lug ,no damage to the wood at all , the front of the sling is attached by circular clamp to the forend at the end of the mag tube.

hope this helps .

Which gun do you own?

Most semi-auto have kits that you can buy directly from the maker.

Unfortunally UK market doesn't import guns with predrillled taps, then you have to do it yourself but it's pretty straight forward. The only drilling that you have to do is on the stock most shotgun makers will sell you the conversion plate to fix onto the magazine end with the sling.
