Pieman, I noticed that, but it doesn,t answer any of my questions.

Rather than turn the "Buy/Sell" forum into a conversation area, I thought I,d post my questions here.

It would suprise me if anyone buys cartridges mail order.

Unless its an unusual gauge/ load, or they live in a very remote area. :(

I was called yesterday by my local bobby that deals with firearms and shotgun cert aplications, As I am an RFD he calls with updates of the law relating to guns and ammunition.

Seemingly it is law that you can give your certificate to a friend with a letter to be handed to the seller, seller opens letter reads your request that you want 250 cartridges, he then sells them to the non certificate holder on your behalf.

This is no wind up this is a home ofice ruling, can easily be checked out.

My local bobby was shocked to read that an RFD does not have to sign any bullets or heads into anyones certificate

( thats oficial ). any certificate holder can give bullets or heads to another certificate holder without entering it into their cert.

this can all be confirmed, theres lots more things thats hard to believe.

Any questions just ask, will try my best to answer

Regards
