BaconBoy Posted July 10, 2009 Report Share Posted July 10, 2009 seen a ford maveric '97 R reg 73000 miles very tidy car for £1795,2.7 tdi,3 door is this a decent price? are they any good(won't get hammered offroad as it will mainly be driven to and from town by er indoors)i might use it around the fields now and then wot problems should i look for on it,or what problems are common to them? what sort of mpg do you get out of these? cheers for any help? mikee Posted July 11, 2009 Report Share Posted July 11, 2009 ive had a maverick 5 door long wheel base 2700td for 9 years its done 237000 miles been treated poorly but serviced regularly, you would struggle to find a tea spoon of rust, it just keeps going and going, off the road at the minute with a mystery electrical problem, but i would buy another if thats any sort of recommendation. mikee Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
