Yorkshire puddings

I make about 200 every sunday at work and i have a fail safe recipe and method:

 

4 whole eggs to every pint of milk, and add flour untill it is thick like single cream, add salt,pepper, and try mustard and horseraddish,(a small teaspoon)

 

Put batter in hot trays and put in oven on 190c for around 30 mins

 

Works everytime!!!

I have never had them before and fancy trying them tomorrow so has any one got a good easy recipe :hmm:

 

you have never had Yorkshire puds?? blinking heck lol

 

 

 

 

 

 

and you should end up with something like this :hmm:

 

 

there not yorkies, theres no hollow to pour your gravy into lol, look like onion bhajis lol
