or if you want a cheaper option, you could always take your air rifle and pellets to your local gunshop/gunsmith and you can ask him to chrono your gun. They usually dont charge much and can easily spot problems you may not be able to.

Only problem with this method is that they could keep hold of your gun if it is overpowered!
