rsrjerry Posted October 20, 2009 Report Share Posted October 20, 2009 I have a stanley flask (classic) i dont rate them at all tbh - for example yesterday morning 5am made up and by 8.30am it was cold ,same this morning - this is the second one i have had the other was also faulty - but i must say the customer service was excellent - i will be contacting them again re the current problem - only trouble is have misslaid the uk customer service phone number can anyone help ??
