? Best flapper

Right guys (and gals),

I've almost decided to to go mechanical to get some more movement into my pattern, - so what does the team think is the best flapper available at present?

I've seen a couple of the older models and I think the flap rate is too slow.

What are your recommendations, for the best of the current bunch?

cheers, Tedward.

Dont bother............

FLOATERS are the way forward.................

The movement that these give in the pattern are more effective than a flapper.

"Greenhunters" ones or the "terminators" will suffice..................

I was out in the field with a flapper the other day and didnt rate it much.................

Thanks guys,

So the newer floaters can provide the movement, and not just raise the decoy above the crop! - Sounds like a lighter way forward. Is it worthwhile lugging a flapper for those very still days?

I have just searched for more info on floaters, can anyone tell me who sells Predators?

cheers, Tedward.

If I only had to take one piece of kit along with the decoys it would be a flapper every time :good: . Have a bouncer in my hide pole bag too, just stick a dead bird on it and place it at the rear of the pattern to one side
