A friend of mine is looking for a Winchester Underlever Model 88 in cal: .308/7.62. If possible the model with the brass on the trigger/lever assembly.

[.303 Shotgun]

Hi.

The .303 would be rebored to remove the rifleing from the barrel and the chamber also rebored(not a lot) to accept the 410 cartridge this was, quite a common configuration in past years.

All I can say is it is a heavy weapon to carry around just to shoot 410 catridges.

I prefer a short (breakdown) case opposed to the full length versions.

Will have a look at the Pelican 1700 (sounds good), and also see what is available in EBay.

Just purchased Benelli 12G Super Nova Pump. Arrived in **** carboard box (I would say, only use--to start a fire). Does any one have a Benelli (makers plastic) case that they wish to sell. Spec. of gun: Barrel length 24ins. Length of stock and magazine 35ins.
