  1. I did my tendons and ligaments in my ankle just over 20 years ago, no treatment (I was young and invincible) still get pain and discomfort from it... as has been said, do what the doc's say, do the phisyo and don't rush to get up and about.

It's only a few weeks, take it easy and it will fly past

  2. I have 2 rugers, a 10/22 and a 77/22. the 10/22 is what I use for shooting sporting light weight, bought it used and I love it. I use my 77/22 for out in the fields, I put a new trigger in it as the factory one is stupidly heavy but it now goes of at just over 2 lb and it just feels right.

  3. You are where I want to get to, dabbled in photography for years & keep trying to figure a way into the business fulltime, any tips?? :good:

Breaking my knee was the best thing to happen to me as it gave me the kick to go for itI was in a safe job that payed ok but had always wanted to be a photographer as I havd taken pictures since I was 3...

I would say, always have your camera with you... What kind of photography do you want to do?

  4. I've always fancied one and finally picked up a wee Breda single barrel folder, it's a bit rough but I'm sure with a wee bit tlc and elbow grease it will be great and it only cost me £20.00
