Try Interfuse building blocks at Syston Nr Leicester. They manufacture there, you can also collect from site. The last load i got from there they were a lot cheaper than wholesalers quoted.

[Homebrewing]

Another good brewing forum is the homebrew forum. They have a section called "Your First AG Brew - A Guided Tour". Easy to understand, now just done my 4th brew.

 

1 tip though, brew when the missus is out for the day. Mine went mental when she got back as didnt have gas burner at the time and had it on the home cooker bubbleing away.

If you are after class 1, go with a trainer that has a set up that just puts trailer onto class 2 truck. Passed mine this way a good few years ago, was i feel easier and you are used to the same unit.

 

As has been said expect long hours, low pay (thanks to the migrant workers) and being treated like scum from everyone on the road.

 

Thank god im out of it, you could have my class 1 entitlement if you could. oh, nearly forgot get used to the phrase "just nip" as the boss will use it constantly.

After waiting for 5 months for renewal of sgc cert my patients is starting to wear thin. Have rang just before xmas asking for a section 7 temp cert to tide me over and they dont do them. oh the joys of being understaffed.
