  2. Hello there folks.

I am just looking into brand new side by sides (without much success) can anyone point me in the direction of a good (but cheap) side by side. Shame hatsan dont make one :(

I have seen the 'Stoeger Uplander' on an american site but cant fine one here in the uk.

can anyone help or have any ideas.

would pefer not to have used gun as can rarely be 100% with them (in my experience)

    Many thanks

  3. post-47265-0-99474200-1336511219.jpgFor sale: Yukon 'Tracker' Night vision goggles

Observe the night in a new fashion as you try out Yukon Advanced Optics’ new night vision binoculars & goggles. The Tracker line of night vision is compact, lightweight and provides a wide field of view. The water resistant body increases the binoculars’ versatility, while the central focusing knob and fixed eye span distance provide comfort and reliability. Tracker 1х24 Goggles utilize built-in illuminator for added image clarity in total darkness. The soft, one-piece eyecup prevents external light distortion and light leakage from the device, allowing the user to remain hidden in the night. The flip-top lens caps are an additional feature that allows the lens caps to be moved out of the way with a twist of the wrist. Tracker 1x24 Goggles are distinguished by easy and comfortable handling in any situation. The absence of visual magnification allows comfortable use of NV Goggles while in motion (night gaming, orienteering, driving, safeguarding, search and rescue). In addition, Tracker 1x24 Goggles is irreplaceable for people whose work requires a hands-free binocular in partial or total darkness.

item is used but in Fab condition, i brought them a cople of months ago for use on farm (have also driven landy in the dark with them when offroad) but i now have a pair of pvs goggles (and i am the happyst guy alive) so they are no longer needed.

includes one of those hard 'Peli' type cases, water and shock proof i believe so nice to know they are protected :)

Also includes headgear and instructions plus a 134a battery so you can use straight away :)

has built in IR so allows you to see in complete darkness :)

    will post ONLY TO UK.

250 collected to any pw member

  4. nice! There is no question about it, i will be getting one of these, seems to be the best option all round tbh. And everyone seems to have positive things to say about them. My local shop can do the walnut stock version for £349 does that sound reasonable, bare gun with two mags though

  5. wow thats great! Even 40shots in .22 would be fab.

I never ran any of my old ones out of air either so i would only need a quick 'top up' after say 4mags. So thats great! Now all i got to do is find a shop with them for reasonable money near me and pop down and take a look :)

  6. wow! There is some good info there, thanks chaps.

Secretmole u say you only get 40 shots, are they all at full power? I would be buying a .22 version though if i went for it.

Mal, how many shots do you think you get at full power befor she dropps off too much?

I dont shoot many rounds she hunting so i cant see it being an issue. And i ca strap a dive bottle up in the back of my landy anyways if i know its going to be a late one.

As for ammo, im pritty shure i used to use aa fields in my s410 and they were top notch. So i probably have gone down that road again anyway :)

  7. hey there lads and ladies. Just wondering if anyone has one of these and would be able to share some pearls of wisdom. I must admit the price of them is very appealing.

I dont expect the earth out of it though but i am perticulerly interested in the accuracy an the last review of it i was reading (Gunmart) said that unless all pellets are loaded so the skirt os flush with the back of the mag, the accuracy os poor. Also apparantly you dont get a lot of shots at full power.

Can anyone shed any light on these rifles? Ideally someone who genuinly ownes one.

I do own a hatsan escort shotgun, its not bad for he money but its no browning maxis (but i dont expect it to be) does the job real well so far. Although that said its my second one as the choke was poorly machiened on my first and fowled the barrel! So she peeled back in around 50 carts :(

new one seems a lot better though :)

anyway i am drifting away from the topic here.

Thoughts on the at44-10 please folks.

    Many thanks

  8. that said, there is nothing stopping you looking through your scope, but it would be aqward as they stick out a few inches from your normal eye line so your head would have to be further back and therefore you would not be in the best or most comfortable position for takeing the shot
