  1. Hi thanks for the replies. I'm pretty sure the barrels straight and the gun cocks, fires etc... fine, it's just the damage to stock that's the problem. There's quite a few images of FWB Guns with similar pistol grip type stocks out there that appear to have the same damage so looks like a fairly common occurrence. I'm guessing it's been dropped or knocked fairly hard in the past or possibly fired with the breach open, think I'll leave it as is for now and look into a repair in the future if it becomes more of a problem. probably put a screw in and use a good old bit of Araldite. Cheers.
  2. Hi I'm new to the Forum and this is My first post, so apologies for any wrong doing. I got given this Gun by My Granddad about 20 years ago (as pictured below, I believe it to be a FWB 127 Sport) it's been left in the case most of that time, took it out recently to find it wasn't working (No Compression) so had it serviced, everything's fine now operation wise, however there's a small crack in the Stock near the Trigger (as pictured below.) This doesn't really effect the performance of the Gun and is only noticeable when returning the barrel after cocking, it kind of bugs Me a bit so was considering ways to fix the problem. Tried getting some glue in there but no good, was thinking about Drilling then Screwing a Self Tapping Screw in or failing that completely breaking it in two then Gluing back together. Anyone with any other ideas? Your comments would be welcome. Thanks in advance.
