Ok, never heard that before. Be a tad heavy on a little gun though. I wouldnt say the hmr was loud anyway, ive put thousands through my sak and theres no differedifferewhen it was new 8yrs ago

Get a SAK for 30 sovs, job done.

I've been told that the t8 is one of the only mods that properly quietens the 17 down and doesn't burn out to quick

It would be surely be dependent on what you want them for, I would suggest, as there are lots of differences between models and makes and sizes.

What model have the range finder on mate

+1 for Vortex diamondbacks, I bought a pair a couple of year ago and they're excellent, they even got a range finding pair out now as well which look good but out of the price range your looking at.

Diamondbacks 10x42 compared to our friends hawkes we both agreed mines were sharper.

My dads 10x50 steiners were better than both however but more expensive.

Friend has a Polaris and likes it, he makes his own updated parts for underneath as they can get damaged. Kawasaki miles are not that strong or didn't used to be. John Deere were always expensive but held there value well.

See what you like driving best and what the best deal is, that would sway me.
