Another link but poor photo http://classics.honestjohn.co.uk/news/event-news/classic-motor-show-2013/nec-classic-allard-family-unveils-palm-beach-restoration/ and one last one, its the 6th image down http://www.allardregister.org/home/2013/11/28/allards-at-the-2013-classic-motor-show.html The car is a 1956 Allard palm beach MK2, it is in fact the prototype car from the 56 motor show at Earls court and one of only 7 built and 5 known remaining. We were approached to restore it by the Grandson of the original Allard motor company, his long term plan is to produce a limited run of these. The restoration took over 250 hours and the vehicle took centre stage at the recent classic motor show at NEC on the Allard owners club stand. It was received very well and from it we have had orders for 2 more restorations.
