    I'm thinking of trying to go up to Caerlaverock on the Solway for a couple of days wildfowling with a friend, if the permits haven't all gone for this season. We've not shot there before. Does anyone have any tips? And is there good - and understanding - B&B accommodation about, like a pub with rooms, in the area, where they don't mind guests leaving before dawn and coming back plastered with mud in time for breakfast?
