Went out this morning with the intention of shooting a few pigeons/crows but same story lately nothing showing
Anyway after sitting waiting for about an hour I decided to move positions and try my luck elsewhere,i was travelling very light with not much more than the gun, carts and a very small piece of cam net,i tucked myself into a big tree trunk which was ideal but anything on my left was blind.
After a short period I spotted a fox on the opposite bank about 150 metres away,so started to squeak using the back of my hand,he did show some interest but did not commit fully and stayed a good distance away anyway I just kept an eye on him whilst scanning for pigeons, and gave the odd squeak, then outta the blue another fox came from my blind side and was so close I could have touched it,the look on its face as it turned and bolted, quick shot to the back of the head as it ran off ,so that's one down and I will be back for the other 32g of lead,BB
