    After recently completing an NVQ 3 in management I`m now looking at studying for level 5 but getting confused as to which qualification to work towards. Has anyone got any experience with either the CMI or ILM courses ? and can offer advice in which path to follow ?. I work fulltime as a manager of a small business so either one will be studied as a distance course and as I will be dedicating a lot of my free time to it I want to choose the correct one. Really I want to know which one carries more weight if I needed to seek alternative employment in the future and which one is better for carrying on to a higher level if I wanted to later on. Any advice will be gratefully received
