  1. Hi. I have just bought a 2nd hand 1416, when I take out the bolt to clean or to carry it, I have trouble getting it back in. I know that I have to push forward the button on the left hand side and pull the trigger at the same time. This is fine taking it out but when I want to replace it I can't pull the trigger as the rifle has been cocked, or so it seems. Is there something I am missing or doing wrong? What status should the safety be in? Any thoughts or ideas appreciated.
