I bought a pair of Lacrosse Alphaburly neoprene lined boots about 5-6 months ago, seriously comfy and warm and loved them to bits. Unfortunately they had a bit of a fault with the lining and they also split when crossing a wall. Being a bloke I couldn't find the receipt anywhere and I am not now a fan of the retailer I bought them off so decided I would have to bin them as the liner problem meant I could not get my foot in. Wrote of a slightly ranty email to Lacrosse and expected to hear no more, email back within 24 hours from a lovely lady at LaCrosse in the states with the invitation to pick any pair off their website and they will be sent from the states. (I'm also one of the first get a pair of Aerohead in Europe apparenty)
