  1. Ghosts- ever seen one? I saw one once as I was walking home on a dark country road in a fog. There it was- a dim white figure. Obviously a ghost. Then it spoke: "Moo!", it said. But a good friend and ex-colleague of mine, Dr.E. lived as a student in a haunted house on Sherrifmuir, near Stirling when a student at Stirling University. This is the straightest, most honest, down-to-earth guy you ever met.... and he comes from Croydon Things moved around the room; doors opened by themselves; lights switched on while they were at the pub; a couple of visitors saw a cat in the living room- one the students didn't see. They weren't ALWAYS drunk! I had another colleague, again a very sane, highly-qualified academic who as a child and youth lived in a house where those kind of things were every day experiences. I totally believe what they have told me, but I also believe that everything is natural and if unexplained things happen they're just that- unexplained things that we just haven't got around to understanding yet. Anybody had such experiences? What d'you think?
