Ok first of all let me apologise for the video, I never had the camera in the right place but you can get the idea of it. This is how I breast my pheasant's, very quick and very simple. If people are interested ill make a better video after next shoot day, once I have some more birds. All that needs to be done after that stage is snip the wings off and give it a wash.
