    Advice

I'm after some advice. Maybe somebody has been in this position. My brother started a diet some time ago when he weighed in at 21st he's 6' 6" and now weighs 9st 13lb. Basically hes a walking skeleton but won't admit he has a problem. He says he's fine. I found a notebook he has been keeping and he is sticking to a 1600 calorie per day diet of Nimble bread and cereal with the odd salad at night. My mums makes him a good dinner which he eats in his room. Obviously it's not going down his neck. Refuses to speak to a doctor. It's got to the point where my mum is ill with worry. If anything happens to her I'll blame him. What should I do? Any advice is greatly appreciated and please try and be serious.
