badger.22cal Posted November 9, 2009 Report Share Posted November 9, 2009 Hi guys and gals, Went fly fishing at weekend and came home with a couple of decent rainbows... thought ild try the dishwasher method !!! Gutted fish and removed head but left skin on, added garlic, butter, salt, pepper and afew bay leaves. Wrapped well in foil, placed a tray over the fish just to keep water off and put on a gentle wash for 1h 25mins. Fish was spanking, skin came straight off and meat melted in my mouth... got afew choice words off the other trout though when she found out what i had been doing Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
