HMMMM love elderflower stuff, anychance you could make some? you'll have your best customer right here and now

 

 

I tried elderflower champagne and it wasn't too good, we put it in tonic bottles which changed shape under the pressure. when you opened it.....you wore most of the booze, in the end we resorted to shooting some with the air rifle which was great fun as they went off like rockets! the rest (6) we burnt on the bonfire... never stand too close when burning them..... if you think a shot gun sounds loud....... these make the ground shake!

I'm glad I am not on my own then

 

I am a bit disappointed just been told the duck shootings off this Sat ...... it would be the first chance to see if the dog has been affected by my home bread ducks, Guiney fowl, turkeys and chickens. (never reared them before) He is really good around them; he will go in the pen and even get run over by them when they stampeded out of the shed in the morning!!! The neighbour’s dog killed a Guiney fowl when it escaped the other day, and he looked very upset! I hope he hasn't got soft!

I got the trailer welded up yesterday, just got the first lick of paint on it...... it's a beast.... 90x 50x 5mm box section but havn't got the boat transferred yet, so it does look like it might be next year now, to go fishing. I've got to work from Wednesday, after having the summer off.
