Comes with one boxed game (brain training) and a r4 ds card (2gb) that contains 45 odd games (holds over a 100 games). Both the console and card are boxed with anything that it had when new + an used stylus and usb adapter for the card. PM's replied to; I didn't really think about that :\ if the buyer wants them i will give them with it, if not ill delete them before sending and they can just use it for music/video.
