SAVAGE HMR
I bought this rifle a few years ago as a fully functioning target rifle. After about seven months on use I decided to modify it for hunting. I altered the stock myself using strips of aluminium to replace the butt and forestock to reduce weight, it was originally an Anschutz stock. The stock is also pillar bedded but this was done before I bought it. I had my gunsmith cut the barrel down to thirteen and a half inches then had it screwcut to fit a moderator. The rifle comes complete with the Parker Hale moderator. The trigger is superb, it's set to just a few ounces with minimal creep. Breaks like glass! The rifle also comes with an adjustable butt pad. Bolt is tight in the action and has never failed to eject spent cases. The rifle comes complete with moderator, sling and swivels. The bipod and scope are not included in the sale. This is not a pretty looking rifle hence the camouflage tape, but it is accurate and fit for purpose and thats all I wanted of it. I'm looking for £110 O.N.O. Can meet face to face or post through R.F.D. at buyers cost. If you have any questions feel free to P.M. me. http://i154.photobucket.com/albums/s246/an...st/Walther5.jpg http://i154.photobucket.com/albums/s246/an...st/Walther4.jpg http://i154.photobucket.com/albums/s246/an...st/Walther3.jpg http://i154.photobucket.com/albums/s246/an...st/Walther2.jpg http://i154.photobucket.com/albums/s246/an...st/Walther1.jpg

SAVAGE HMR
I've been informed that there was no need to have the barrel re-proofed, I think this has been a long running argument between shooters for the past few years though. I'm shooting out to 100 yards plus with good accuracy, I'm using match ammo though, always have in my .22s
