Thought i'd post a couple of pic's of Ruby's latest escapades on the foreshore. All three Teal were retrieved from the far bank approx 1-1 1/2 hrs before high tide so she done very well, still a bit of a swim even at that state...the tide is near high water in the pic', first proper retrieves from water too as her first duck of the year was from the same creek before it was flooded.

The little sprout done well  and what an appetite she had when we got home, she was ravenous

Thanks guys, was going out again today but Roob has a case of that bloody drop tail, whatever it's called, so.......no dog, no trip, she's feeling a bit sorry for herself just now even though she had a dose of metacam earlier and it can't be fair expecting her to get into the water again as i'm sure she would.

Ian, likewise with the trip. Not much about down here at the moment though....very few Wigeon, not many Mallard but plenty of teal!? The Canada's are still getting a thumping down the far end but that isn't my idea of a nights/morning's wildfowling.

lindsay, grade 1 browning 525 3".....I don't often take it unless I know i'm not going to be knee deep in mud! but I tend to shoot better with this now compared to the M2, which is annoying.
