The rubber butt pad on my rapid is coming away at the bottom of the stock and the rubber is showing its age a little now. So i am considering replaceing it rather than just glueing back down the orridganal one.

Can anyone tell me if bought one of these adjustable bisley butt pads would it go straight on or would i have to file the metal etc to get it to fit correctly ?

Either that or can I buy a new but pad and re glue it on with epoxy or something ?

Cheers

Hi the ally ones will need file/sanding down the rubber ones will be screwed on with 2 screws , If you were nearer to me I would sand the ally one down to fit ,all the best.
