We are having a butchery demonstration at the Tunnel house pub at Coates near Cirencester. The evening will be starting at 7.30 on Wednesday the 26th of January. We have a local butcher coming to show how to joint up a carcass, normally he will have 2 carcass's to use. we have run this evening previously and it a great chance for those that want to to see a butcher at work showing you what joints you can cut and how to do it. There will be some venison to try and as it is at a very good pub a bar for refreshments. If you have any question please drop me a line or respond to this post.
