frankydiver Posted February 23, 2011 Report Share Posted February 23, 2011 (edited) W J Jeffery 12g sxs boxlock non ejc 28 in steel barrels, bnp 23/4 chambers, choked cyl+cyl broad file cut rib no pitting, good wall thickness, blueing not bad, stamped with makers mame + address. Oil finished semi pistol grip stock with silver oval 15+1/2in long 14+1/2 in lop with slight r/h cast. Action has nice engraving with some colour hardening, engraved with makers name. Now the bad bits. The stock has been cracked at sometime but it has had a good repair done. The top leaver spring is on the weak side. The gun shoots well and has years or life left in it.
