Hull Cartridge Customer Service

I sent Hull Cartridge an e-mail on Monday about the latest batch of Comp X 21 gram fibre blowing out confetti. I didnt really expect to hear anything back to be honest. Today I got a call from Hull Cartridge appologising for the problem. Apparently it is to do with the drying process the wad goes through and they are working to resolve the problem!

 

If I notice a deterioration in performance I should contact them again and let them know!

Yeah, they have been aware of it for some time now, I reported it back in october I think it was that the fibre wads are awful. The plastic is fine.

It`s a shame, its the the only thing that ruins a cartridge that is just about perfect.

Lets hope they get it right soon. :good:
