Pykie
I have two Hob ferrets who are brothers, and the bigger one of the two often play fights and bites the back of the smaller on the back of his neck. It has now caused bleeding and scabbing as he gets too rough. Any ideas how to stop him doing it?
mushroom
This is normal behaviour mate at this time of year What I would suggest is to seperate them from any jills if you have any and leave them to it so long as it is sexy behaviour as opposed to bullying they will be fine but if you notice the neck is very bad then you will have no option but to seperate them for the summer

unclestuffy
Old spice - worked for me when I was 14. I am sure my Dad knew what he was doing when he let me borrow it.
THE MEK
would'nt be spraying anything on them now mate if the skin is broken keep an eye on them if it gets to bad you'll have to split them up for the summer just getting full of themselves due to the breeding season
campionsarmy
Tea tree oil not only does it at as a healer for the wound it also detracts the larger hob from biting. ATB Campion
