Jurrasicway
I am now the proud owner of a new Maxus Premium. Lovely gun, I tried one on a test day, put about 50 cartridges through it and was hooked. It handled like a dream and I am very happy with my purchase. However, I am left handed. Has anyone ever had the safety changed from right handed to left handed. It just means that when your finger is near the trigger all you have to do is push the safety button to let one go. Otherwise I have to push it with my thumb before mounting. The manual says that it can be done but when I called the gun shop I purchased it from there were lots of oohh arrrs and we'll have to talk to our sister gun shop. Can anyone tell me if it is painful or quite quick, easy and cheap to do, Thanks,

Jurrasicway
Thanks for that Rubyred. Easy peasy. There is a spring clip inside that is lodged in a recess. In the recess the spring clip holds down a pin that holds in the safety catch in place. The other side of the trigger mech is exactly the same with the recess and hole for the pin already there. It was simply a matter of swapping it over. :good: :good: Saved me oodles of time taking into the gun shop and waiting until they had a slot to look at it, Thank you.
