drwolly
Hiya mate I have been using a cobra merlin Gen1 scope add on for the past 3-4 years and find it works well upto around 100 yardish mark and you can still use your scope during the day, there is one on ebay for sale at mo http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/cobra-merlin-night-vision-add-laser-illuminator-/110732278679?pt=UK_SportingGoods_Hunting_ShootingSports_ET&hash=item19c8287b97 (No it aint mine!!)they are around £550 new so not to badly priced. If you buy one second hand then I would ensure you check for "black spots" in the viewfinder to ensure the tube is good, the other thing i use is a Yukon Ranger digital monocular for spotting with which are around the £250 mark which are excellent and are stealth so such as me fox cant see you looking at him!. If you want better then as usuall the cost goes up and you can spend thousands!! Hope it helps ATB Karl
