danb21t
Might sound lame but I just tried pigeon for the first time... Simply cooked in a frying pan as I wanted to see what it tasted like instead of incorporating it into a dish so to speak. I heated a touch of extra virgin olive oil and some butter in the pan then seasoned 2 breasts with salt/pepper. Popped them in for 1 min each side. Straight out and sliced them up and into a sandwich. Tastes a bit like steak, wish I had tried it earlier. Will have to try squirrel next but pigeon gets a thumbs up from me
Muggins.
Pigeon breasts can be fiddley things to deal with but well worth the effort.
