Birdboy
Few years ago i bought a Deben double battery pack for lamping ( the type that sits on a waist belt). Recently the batteries were only lasting approx 45 mins. If i remember correctly when i bought the set up (2nd hand at that time) it would last 3-4 hours. Ive been onto fleabay and picked up 2 brand new batteries (12v 7.2a) and charged them up. Used them the first night and got 1.5 hours of useable power at 100-150 yards. Went out last night and got around the same, maybe a little more. My questions are - Will the batteries hold more charge after maybe 4-6 times of charging from completely flat ? Do you think there is a quality difference between the Deben batteries which are called diamec or similar and the new ones i bought are called Ritar - on fleabay for £14.50 each if anyone needs some !! Many thanks BB
