Guest jonrms
we had a small meeting... ie just Bipolar and myself.... after some talking etc... at a garage.. then shot at his place. I was kidding about the whole he cant hit a barn door... but I wasnt kidding when I said that I was impressed with his shot..... Heres how the meet went.... pre arranged meeting at a garage... (because I didnt want to get lost) then off to his place in a convoy style... (ahem.. speeding)...... anyway... lol! arrived at his place still chatting and trying to ensure neither of us are a danger to the other...... ( hey you never know ! ) then we went inside.. I met his wife who is very nice, friendly and open minded to shooting! ( unlike mine) lol! We chatted some more and had a coffee.... then the guns came out.. I brought a few.. So bipolar could try some out... we later took to a target range which he set up himself.... and I was impressed with the amount of effort he took with a tri stand to hold the targets up etc... then he brought out some explodeing chalk targets... we were shooting them at funny angles.... but managed to shoot them all. He spotted a few pigeons up on a old barn roof..... was ready to take aim... then I moved back to see them.. and oops they flew away.. I moved further away.. and spotted a rabbit where he shown me they hide earlier... I flagged him over quietly to arrange a plan of attack... as the land was new to me I was a bit afraid to shoot anywhere without knowing whats behind etc...... we thought of a few ways to sneak up on this bunny but after a quick conversatin/ discussion. the idea sprung to my mind... Bipolar had to climb a wall..... and shoot over it. by me suggesting this to him shooting was no less than 10 seconds... he climbed this wall .. bang... it took him longer to retrieve the bunny than it did to possition himself... etc.. and do be fooled there were alot of obsticals in his way.... which is why i am really impressed! perfect kill zone... achieved... however the distance was really far.. as I said it was 45yards plus on a normal 22 air rifle.... but the shot was sufficiant to take it down... then back in for a drink....... after the gutting took place... my back didnt hold up that long and i wish i took my meds with me to help because I was offered to stay for dinner and go off hunting later that night..... ahhhhh next time I know better... lol! I have to say bipolar is a great guy.. with a great family... and he can shoot very well.. I cant wait till our next meeting... I think this will be alot of fun.. as I am going to just bring all meds with me.. and hopefully with a bit of luck.... will have a good days shooting... Thanks again bud.... for looking after me whilst I was there... and pps despite my fear of ferrets... yours are really good.

The webley just needs setting up a bit more as you know.. lol..... and that should be it...
