duke hamish
Can any one describe how to raise pheasants with broody hens, like they used to do. I think the chicks will learn how to raise there own chicks in the future if its successful. Do you just let them roam free range until time to release? Would they stay in a release pen if raised that way? Any tips from older keepers would be helpfull!
Ferretboy111
There is a good article on it in this months The field magazine. I rear a lot under broodies, it is an art and I've learnt more from trial and error than anything. Cheers Alex
