RedRobin
Hi All. I have a decent amount of Rhubarb this year, so though we'd try making Rhubarb Chutney. We've looked through various books for recipes , most seem very high on Sugar . I can't see the point of 'sweetening to death' the tartness of the Rhubarb ?! I'm not overly keen on sweet chutneys, so prefer something more warming /spicy etc. Can any of you lot suggest an tried and tested Chutney recipes please :) Cheers Richard
