Crow bashing

I went out this morning to feed the cattle in the fields with the jeep. I threw in my custom ruger .22 and off I went.

I pulled up to an old derilict building where some of our cattle are. It is surrounded by tall trees and crows visit here all the time.

So I pulled up and off they fly like they always do as this is not the first time I shoot them from here.

Out I get with my ruger and leica range finder and duck behind the side of my isuzu and pop my head up to range one of the remaining crows. It is 86 yards to the front side of the building and there where a couple sitting on the windowsills which is perfect as the back wall ofthe building acts as a backstop!

Up I slither on the bonnet with the ruger and get him in my sights, 1 mildot holdover on his upper chest and squeeze! Down he drops!

At this moment a few other crows go crazy flying round their comerade which brings loads more crows over to see whats going on.

One more lands in the windowsill, 1 mildot holdover again, squeeze and pop, down he goes.

Now they all fly away!

I hung around a while longer to see if any more would show up, 5 minuites later one lands on the roof top just infront of a chimney, great, safe shot as the chimney will stop the 40 grain lapua master m!

Aim, squeeze, pop and down he falls from the roof top!

3 crows and an exciting ten minuites!

The victims!
