New use for hide poles?

A year or so back I bought some hide poles from the Deben catalogue, but decided to retire them. I bought another set, from Shoot Warehouse, because of the kickers, and the superior quality of the build. :)

These redundant poles had stood around for ages until I had a brainwave............. I removed the plastic, forked tops, bound the poles with bungee straps, to form a hinge, and now have two adjustable sets of stalking sticks. Waste not want not!!! :)
