flickrod Posted December 5, 2012 Author Report Share Posted December 5, 2012 We have no other heating so we get through tons of wood a year most of it comes from one free source but it there isn't any available I have had to go to a local sawmill and buy lengths of oak offcuts - last year my total fuel spend was 7 pounds. Don't wander into a wood and start cutting up logs or you'll find yourself in trouble, if you do a bit of research you can find a decent source nearby. Thanks for the info.....
